Together, this set should be a rewarding and stark A\/B comparison. If you tried Yessica and Diego's Papayo A\/B offering, that experiment only compared development time. Now, we're tweaking initial heat application as well as ramp down of gas on momentum later in the roast so they're two significantly different styles. \u003cstrong\u003eWe'll only offer this as ultralight following this week. It's supported by a beautiful \"yellow\" tropical acid. In the nordic, we find the cup is extra juicy and tropical. The ultralight is much softer, and far more floral.
